We're throwing a literal tea party on the last Saturday of Banned Books Week. With scones! And books. And all the other pastries, kombucha, etc. Start Here Coffee has on hand. Beverage Science specialists are currently hard at work on a special drink for the event.

Festivities commence at 11, around noon, Tracy Hall, Executive Director of OutFront Kalamazoo will chat & answer questions concerning recent wild developments in book challenges & censorship. Todd at Netherworld Books promises a large selection of illicit, outlawed & incendiary books for perusal or purchase.

The event officially goes from 11a-2p, but it's a party! Come early & stay late for all we care! Start Here Coffee & Jerico is at 1415 Fulford St. in Kalamazoo.
